YES Alumni is collaborating with City District Government Karachi for Capacity building of Town Nazim's and counselors for running the volunteering campaign "I OWN KARACHI" launched by City Nazim.

YES Alumni establishing EDC in two government Schools:
YES Alumni Karachi is establishing EDC in two government schools. The support provided by iEARN YES Alumni include, furnishing, painting and decorating the room and equipping it with educational toys and things.

YES Alumni attended Fulbright sessions at USEFP Office Karachi:
YES Alumni attended session on Fulbright sessions for undergraduate and graduate level on 22nd and 24th August.

YES Alumni attended iftar given by USEFP in Islamabad:
Alumni attended iftar and were briefed out the Fulbright scholarship in Islamabad.

Alumni planted 500 Mangroves to preserve coastal environment:
YES Alumni in Karachi planted 500 Mangroves at Sandspit Karachi. Mangroves provide 30% of city’s oxygen.
